Leander Computing has put into effect a policy regarding UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) better known as SPAM.

An invoice will be sent via whatever available means necessary to collect the debt.
If a working email address is available it will be used.
If the email address provided in the UCE is non-functional, the invoice will be sent via facsimile machine or US Postal Service.
All open invoices are to be considered DUE ON RECEIPT and will be expected paid within 5 business days
Any invoices past due 30 days will be submitted to a collection agency of Leander Computing's choice for collection.
Invoices past-due more than 60 days will receive legal action in small-claims court in Williamson County Texas, to collect the required fees and legal costs.
